1A) Use and incorporate the licensed sounds as part of Licensee’s product/production in any medium chosen (e.g., film, CD-ROM, DVD, digital, etc.). This does not include the right to resell the content (designed sound effects, source audio, and music) as a standalone product in whole or in parts.
1B) Use the licensed sounds royalty-free for commercial and non-commercial projects.
1C) Make a backup copy of the files for Licensee’s personal use.
1D) Transfer a copy of the synchronized sounds to a third party if necessary to finalize Licensee’s product/production (e.g., delivering stems/daw projects for a final mix, part of a video game repository, etc.).
1E) Edit/modify licensed sound effects.
Licensee may not:
2A) Transfer this license.
2B) Resell the licensed sounds as a standalone product in whole or in parts.
2C) Claim copyright ownership of the sounds.
2D) Use the licensed sounds to create or contribute to a sound effects library for the purpose of distribution or sale.
2E) The Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the licensed sound effects (purchased and free) for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning models, or any other similar computational processes. This restriction applies to any form of AI or machine learning, whether it involves neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, or any other AI-related applications.

Attribution/Credit is not required, but it would be greatly appreciated if Licensee decides to credit Licensor.
Refunds:
Digital purchases cannot be returned; therefore, Licensor cannot provide a refund.
